This class is a gentle yet energising hatha style yoga class, suitable for all ages. Modifications are offered during the class, so there is something for everyone.
Yoga helps to develop our strength, flexibility and coordination. It is a great way to keep in shape and can also help in relieving the stress and tension of every day life.
