Newbridge Hill (A390 to Tavistock) in Gunnislake will be totally closed from Monday 6 August for between 3 and 10 days. It will not be open for traffic use at any time during the closure.
Cornwall Council are currently trying to sort out bus services around the closure. More information will be provided as it becomes known.
The reason for the closure is the wall where inspection work is currently being carried out. To make the wall safe, it is to be taken down so that piles can be driven into rock to provide a proper foundation for the wall.
